ShopCartUSA is the online comparison-shopping search engine.
Shoppers come to ShopCartUSA to find the online stores that
are selling the products they want to buy. When they find the item they want, they click out to the merchant's
Web site to make the purchase. ShopCartUSA is not a store - we don't sell anything. We link
shoppers to the places that do.
You sign up and pay up front with a credit card for a set number
of clicks. ShopCartUSA collects your entire inventory and pricing information
from your Web site via a data feed and puts it into ShopCartUSA's
price database. Your listings appear in thousands of search results and you
only pay after a shopper clicks from the search results to your
site. It's as simple as that. There is very little work for the merchant
to do.

With ShopCartUSA, you are buying clicks, not impressions, thus
you only pay for performance. Obtaining highly directed shoppers on a cost per click basis
will lower your customer acquisition costs.
We do not charge a set-up fee to become a ShopCartUSA merchant.
You pay up front with a credit card for a set number of clicks.
The program ends as soon as you use up your allotted clicks,
unless you've chosen to auto-replenish your account.
The Cost-Per-Click Pricing System allows you to decide how
much you want to pay for every click you receive from ShopCartUSA.
You decide the amount you want to pay, by subcategory (or by
individual products), and submit your "bid" to our
system. You can change your bid at any time. The more you bid,
the better your placement on the ShopCartUSA search result pages.
Once you are enrolled in the ShopCartUSA Merchant Program,
you will have access to the Merchant Center where you will be
able to see how many clicks you received on a given day, view
your billing history, change your bids and make other adjustments
to your account.
ShopCartUSA merchants include many of the biggest names, such
as Amazon, as well as small merchants.
Changes to your bids take affect within minutes. Other changes,
like adjustments to your cap amount or changes of your payment
plan may only take effect for your next payment period.
Special requests can be made directly through your Sales Manager.
You can change your bids as often or as little as you like.
You are in complete control of the amount you spend.
A click is a user clicking on a link in the ShopCartUSA shopping
search results that links to your site's product "buy"
page.
We charge your card immediately upon enrollment.
You will be notified and your site will be removed from the
ShopCartUSA search engine. If you use the "auto-replenish" plan, we will automatically
re-charge your credit card and keep your site up on ShopCartUSA
without interruption.
The " auto-replenish" plan allows you to get continuous
traffic from ShopCartUSA. When you deplete your allotted "clicks", we charge
your credit card again to give you more. You can cancel " auto-replenish" at any time by logging
into the Merchant Control Center or by contacting your Sales
Manager.
Once you sign up for the ShopCartUSA Merchant Program you will
be contacted by a representative from our Merchant Services
department who will provide phone and email contact information
should you have any problems.
It takes about a week for your listings to appear.
During that week we obtain your data feed, test it and get you
fully integrated into the ShopCartUSA system.
Be the highest bidder, and sign up for the Always On program
to have uninterrupted service.
